Because I am a small, locally owned studio, many avoidable inconveniences can affect me greatly. I take great pride in offering exceptional service to my guests. I attend continuing education classes and seminars a few times a year. I strive to offer a professional, positive and progressive environment for myself and my guests.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

I have a strict “no judgement policy” for my guests. My guests come from all walks of life and are here to relax and be taken care of regardless of social stature. Please be courteous and practice the rule of “If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all.” As a courtesy to my guest trying to relax during their appointment and have my undivided attention, please silence cell phones and keep your voice down when taking calls. Please leave all valuables at home. In order to safeguard your valuables from product exposure or loss, I ask that you do not bring your valuables to your appointments. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Longer appointments require prepayment.
